About Cult of Claude

The curated map of the Claude universe.

What Is This?

Cult of Claude is an independent, community-driven resource for the Claude AI ecosystem. We curate the best tools, guides, CLAUDE.md examples, and ecosystem content so you do not have to wade through 10,000+ MCP servers to find the 15 that matter.

We are not a directory. We are not a blog. We are a curated, opinionated, continuously-updated knowledge graph with original editorial judgment on every piece of content we feature.

Not Affiliated with Anthropic

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic in any way. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic. We are an independent community resource built by developers for developers.

We use Anthropic's public APIs and open-source tools. We reference their documentation and products. We have no special access, partnership, or commercial relationship.

Editorial Methodology

Every tool, CLAUDE.md file, and resource on this site has been reviewed by our editorial team. Here is our process:

For MCP Servers

  • Verification: We confirm the GitHub repo exists, check star counts via the GitHub API, and verify install commands against npm/PyPI.
  • Testing: We install and test each server. If the install fails or the server does not work as documented, we note it.
  • Judgment: Every server gets a one-sentence verdict, difficulty rating, pros/cons list, and "who it is for" assessment. These are our honest opinions.
  • Freshness: Every entry has a "last verified" date. We re-verify on a rolling basis.

For CLAUDE.md Files

  • Source verification: We confirm the file exists in the linked repository.
  • Pattern analysis: We identify the structural patterns, notable techniques, and use cases.
  • Judgment: We assess what makes each file effective and who should use the pattern.

For Guides

  • Original research: Our guides are based on hands-on experience and analysis of real-world usage.
  • No filler: If we do not have something useful to say, we do not publish.
  • Updates: Guides are updated when the ecosystem changes.
